Privacy Policy

Tennis Timer is an iPhone app published by Yoon Namkung. If you have questions about this policy, email yoonnamkung@gmail.com.

None. We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, crash reports, or contact details. The app does not ask you to create an account and has no login.

The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or health data, and it does not use Apple’s HealthKit.

The app saves your workout history, drills and preferences locally on your iPhone so it can show them back to you. This information is never uploaded anywhere, is not accessible to us, and is deleted permanently when you delete the app from your device.

Tennis Timer does not track you across apps or websites, does not display advertising, and contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Because no tracking takes place, the app never shows an App Tracking Transparency prompt.

The app itself shares no data with anyone. Apple may collect information related to your download and use of the app through the App Store, independently of us and under Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive any personal data from Apple.

This policy describes the Tennis Timerapp. The website you are reading it on uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other sites, and records no information that identifies you — only aggregate figures such as which page was viewed, the referring site, country and device type. None of it is linked to the app, which remains entirely offline.

Tennis Timer is not directed to children and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).

Privacy laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and US state privacy laws including the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to its sale or sharing.

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, export, sell or share. Your workout data remains under your control on your own device, and deleting the app removes it. We do not transfer any data internationally, as no data leaves your device. If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will change. Material changes will also be described in the App Store release notes.
